Regarding Speech-to-Text

AndroidManifest.xml (gave user permission to record Audio).
MainActivity.kt (functionality will be moved to QuestionInput.kt later) Regarding Dice Animation
DiceLogic.kt (there is some commented code that will be experimented with later.)
