Fusion tables upload: uploaded tables are not accessible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a track to fusion tables
2. Share the track with whoever (yourself)
3. Try to open the link to the shared track

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: it'd open the track
Actual: it says the track is not public, even if you're logged into the same 
account that was used to upload it.

If you go to the main fusion tables page, however, the track is there and 
you're able to open it.
