Enable scaling of vertical graph axis

PLEASE search for previous similar feature requests before filing one.

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:

enable a pinch or other gesture/ui input to increase the maximum value of the 
vertical axis of the graphic display. This allows essentially flat trips to 
appear, well, flatter. On walks/rides/etc. with very little elevation change 
the graphs tend to look alpine. Being able to increase the Y-axis maximum would 
effectively minimize the appearance of small elevation changes.

A bonus on this feature would be to preserve the Y-axis max value for export 
and future viewing.

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? I wish I 
could. I'm not an Android developer.
