DataHub drops waypoints from map #418

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start my tracks with a track that includes waypoints.
2. Cycle through the views from maps all the way back to maps.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see map with waypoints.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Instead I see waypoints on first load but not on subsequent loads.

This is already fixed in my local client, but as you know the refactoring is 
stopped due to recent last-minute efforts we got involved in. I'll get back to 
this as soon as I have time.
