Added more features #24

We added several more features. these include:

Table of contents config and generation
Markdown2pdf inside seperate JS file from github interface
Templating for TOC and styling
replaced an outdated and vulnerable package. (markdown-it-named-headers)
updated cheerio to fix a vulnerability in one of its dependencies
