Could you get this to run recursively on the CSV and populate results into the same line? Have you considered pulling from wigle with the modifier for 'nearest to' so multiple SSID's like netgear101 get populated by the grid of the nearest one to the where the collect was?

Great project. I'm going to share with my friends!
