Allow tests to run concurrently. and not serial #17

55 is a work in progress.

There was an issue with running the test (in parallel) consistently on local machine with docker - it was free for all on what test (if any) would pass. But running on travis-ci seemed to be 'fine'. multiple hosts tests were still a little flaky.

55 is updated by #102. But 50% of the time at least 1 test will fail. And its not any test in particular.

Single threaded tests are fine (master branch).

Not sure what the root problem is
