i have disabled the setting "load automatically on page load". my goal is to be able to load it on-demand, for the rare occasion when i need to convert a currency. auto-loading all the time unfortunately is causing pages to slow down.
however, the setting doesn't work. the extension is still loaded and i occasionally see a notificaion about "this extension is slowing down your browser".
