HTML Comment fix #5

Modified snippets, languages, and grammars so the plugin will no longer interfere with standard HTML files, e.g. broken commenting. Note: file extension must be .twig or .html.twig, .html file will no longer trigger twig formatting or snippets

I can confirm too that this corrects the issue. Please merge this.
