There is a known bug in the crafting suite benches.

Seems to be a problem with NEI 1.6.1.9 and a change in this version. Have sent a PM to author about that.

Sorry, but the mod author hasn't done anything in the past month. Please do not use the crafting suite anymore. Remove all items out of it and destry the blocks in creative mode.
