Modmail Cogs problems. When a uset send message to the bot, the bot send messages to mods/server, #mod mail channel. but when a user dm a bot for help there SHOULD be a bot reply like as, "thanks, OUR moderation team will getback to you soon!" but in your Modmail cog THERE is no system. bot never replies when users DM. Then users became confused. really is it a modmailbot? or they think is this message really sent to mods? they are always confused. plz fix it.
