Problem with IDO start Transaction Time #1

Today on IDO of Gamefi, i tried buy tokens.

I waiting the correct time, when button BUY showup, i clicked, after that, i clicked on MAX, after that confirm in metamask , upscale gwei to 100. And send transaction.

Quickly transaction was confirmed, but with a error "ido time start" , this no make any sense. I wait the button from frontend showup, how can i process something previous ido time, AND the block process, is after the blockstart ido.
