Retrospective and futurespective techniques are like tools that help teams work together better. They help us think about what we've done in the past and what we might face in the future. Both methods are about making our teamwork better, but they have different ways of doing it.

In retrospective sessions, we look back at what we've done before. We talk about what went well and what didn't. We try to figure out how we can do things better next time. In these sessions, we want everyone to feel safe to share their thoughts and ideas. We look for things we can do to improve, like talking more openly and always trying to get better.

Futurespective sessions are about thinking ahead. We try to imagine what might happen in the future and what challenges we might face. Unlike retrospectives, where we look back, in futurespectives, we look forward. We brainstorm ideas about what we can do to get ready for the future. We think about new ideas and try to be creative together.

If we were planning a futurespective for the Launch Moduleteam, we would have to think about a few things. First, we would decide what we want to achieve, like figuring out new technology or understanding what users might want. Then, we would use different ways to come up with ideas, like thinking about different situations or making lists of strengths and weaknesses. Everyone would get a chance to share their thoughts, and we would work together to make plans for the future.

In the end, retrospectives help us learn from the past, while futurespectives help us get ready for what's coming. Both ways of thinking are important for teams to work well together. By using them together, we can make our teamwork stronger and achieve our goals better.
