Do give a small explanation for the program . Example - Bubble sort is used in sorting elements in O(n^2 ) time.

Procedure to be followed: 1) Fork this repository . 2) Add codes in respective folders , with small explanation . 3) Create folders if necessary . 4) Create a Pull Request . 5) And Bam!!! I will merge it .
