Commemorative POAP for Balancer's Design Bounties #5

Challenge Description

This POAP will be given out to everyone who submits a design to any of Balancer DAO's five bounties in the POAPathon. To be eligible, you must submit your design through gitcoin and provide an ETEH address. Ideally we'd like to see the POAPathon's logo and Balancer DAO's logo included in the design but this is not a hard requirement. If you've got a great idea that doesn't include those elements, go for it!

Submission Requirements

The following are nice to have but not required:

  1. Balancer DAO logo (colored)
  2. POAPathon logo

The only must have is an awesome looking POAP!

Judging Criteria

Animating your POAP is a bonus but we'd rather have a great non-animated design compared to an average animated one. We encourage you to be creative while following the submission guidelines.

Hello dear Sponsor! I'm newbie on the Github so have my fingers crossed if I'm sharing the correct issue link for you to see my animated proposal. If there are any problems please let me know. Thanks and best, Reis Mesquita/artespraticas PS-I also ask my apologies to arthurscoffeehouse since the form didn't allow me to upload without a name on Team Members section and I couldn't choose myself... so I've selected randomly after the name appeared... sorry!

Thank you very much for your help. I just want to be sure if I’m placing the POAPs on the correct link to submit on Gitcoin as per the contest request; I can only upload an image on the “Issue” tab and I’m not sure if this is ok? Plus, when submitting on Gitcoin the submission for allways requests for a team member and I cannot choose myself, so I’m “tagging” the person that apears… Sorry if this is my fault but I really couldn’t figure out how to avoid this :-) Have a great weekend!
