Add workout groups. How this would work would be that multiple users could be apart of a workout group that can have multiple associated workouts. A user could create some sort of schedule for their workout group consisting of multiple workouts. Could maybe have some sort of weekly function, where depending on the day of the week, there is a certain workout.
Add workout lists. Something that I noticed while going through the project was that there was no way to separate lists of workouts; every workout is tied to your id, and there is no way to separate that. By adding workout lists, people can schedule out workouts to hit certain muscles, ex leg day list, shoulders, etc. This way a user can have separate workout routines that they could use depending on the day of the week. This could also be integrated into previously stated workout groups.
