Update yt2400 #56

closes #47 Update YT-2400 stats and ship Sensor Blackout ability. NB: as far as I can tell Wild Space Fringer has not been errata'd to also have Sensor Blackout - I assume this is an oversight by AMG. Import updated versions of customisable Dash and Leebo from FC Legacy, plus updates to GenericShipCombat to make Dash work.

Outrider upgrade has Scum which needs to be removed, however as Scum Standard Loadouts use this ability, need to ensure that we limit for SquadBuilder but not the SLs.
