Drop QT5 dependencies from Arch install

These are not required to build on Plasma 6

Tested the Arch steps on a vanilla install of Arch. Works as expected.

Did some final analysis, these details are only for information purposes only.

On a vanilla Arch install with Plasma 6 with no other changes.

The following QT5 packages are installed:

• qt5-base 5.15.15+kde+r127-1
• qt5-svg 5.15.15+kde+r5-1
• qt5-translations 5.15.15-1
• qt5-x11extras 5.15.15-1

When running the install steps pacman warns on the following:
