Add back the Fedora CMake command. #4

Missing the cmake step for Fedora which is different to the one used in the Build and install steps.

So fedora requires different build steps... I didn't even consider that as a possibility... Thank you!

Also, I changed the note to important, because I think it better fits this scenario, and I put that command into a block code in an attempt to make the readme more consistent (644cb7f). Also, thank you once again!
