Tried disabling all the other plugins but it didnt fix it

Is there any other error message above Exception reported: Current result set has no fetched rows ? It should have another error message above that if it failed. Also, this shouldn't really be able to fail unless SQLite broke. Do you still have the local database: addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite/sourcemod-local.sq3 ?

Ah also, is your server connected to Steam? You can see it in status if the line steamid : shows "Not logged in" Steam ID's will not be available which is what the database uses to fetch and store player models.

Does it give any messages when you reload the plugin with sm plugins reload modelloader ?

What version of sourcemod is modelloader designed for? I'm currently using SM 1.11 if that's of any importance
