Document debuging COSMOS on running container #1730

If available can you please provide documentation on debugging COSMOS Interface on a running container using Visual Studio code.

We'll add documentation for this eventually but the primary means would be to add Logger.info("test") statements to your plugin and then use docker logs cosmos_cosmos-operator_1
