Weak hasher no longer working on legacy passwords #8

So, we've got the same auth configuration in the AppController as we've got in the Muncie Events site. Same situation, same legacy passwords. However, users are not being identified and passwords are not being rehashed with the Commentaries weak hasher.

Wait I'm sorry it's because the salts are different, my bad.

I changed the salts and it doesn't matter. Tests are acting like the salts don't have an effect.
