Email sent to Ben Johnson to inquire about CASHNet not sending a request to http://cri.cberdata.org/postback (according to access log) after a successful test transaction.
If there were transactions that were not recorded because the postback URL wasn't hit, those will need to be added manually.
No non-test transactions took place this past year
Error encountered by CASHNet upon trying to send request to postback URL: "12:07:12 PM: Error during notification: Unable to connect to the remote server"
"CASHNet wants to confirm that you are using port 443", which is weird because the fact that customers are completing the transaction over HTTPS shouldn't have anything to do with their system not being able to send a request to the postback URL. I assume.
CASHNet has added the IP address for cri.cberdata.org to their firewall whitelist.
The problem was being caused by CASHNet's new rule that all postback URLs have to use HTTPS. The URL was updated and purchases are being reported to CRI again.
