[ ] Add an array of badge HTML strings to each site's details in the Panopticon class

[ ] Under the 'Badges' tab, display a table with a number of untitled columns equal to the maximum number of badges for any single site
[ ] Alphabetize each site's badge strings and display them in separate table cells
This may result in different badge types occupying the same column, but avoiding that irregularity doesn't immediately seem to be worth the trouble of explicitly keying each badge, e.g. 'travis' => '...', 'code-climate-coverage' => '...', 'code-climate-quality' => '...', ....
