Effects need a relook #69

Effects like being on fire seem a little to close to the camera. Before the fov changes it was fine but now that the fov changes are in it seems a bit into your face. Maybe this in intended if so feel free to close this ticket

Definitely not intended. Visual clutter from fire in particular is severe and debilitating - could do with adjustment.

Can confirm this has gotten worse since the nearclip change, look into changing the position or intensity
