Bug description: Sometimes when a high impact blood effects is spawned it is spawned either outside or in the center of the map

Commit used: 3dc3454

Online or Offline? Both

Steps to replicate: Get a explosive weapon and spawn a few bots and crank the game speed up a bit and watch for blood decals outside or in the middle of the map
