Related to #15. Implemented the initial implementation of both the STS and BFF services. Implemented RBAC and JWT validation in the BFF.

Work to be done :

Add the endpoints of internal services to the BFF.
Add the createUser functionality to the STS.
Connect the Asgardeo introspect endpoint to validate IDP tokens in the STS.
