What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload example1.php to server and the class
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Class times out when fsockopen is called.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest

Please provide any additional information below.
The error is because MX server records are not the same as smtp servers.
