This element is used for news feed items and contains the date, headline and brief teaser.

Acceptance Criteria

Rule Based

• Visual design of cards should match the design document.
• Entire card container should be clickable and link to a single destination. (Currently, href="#')
• On the homepage, news card layout should display at the following breakpoints:
  • XL: 4-up
  • LG and MD: 2-up
  • XS and SM: 1-up
  • Content of cards should be static for this iteration. In a future sprint we will wire up dynamic data to feed this component.

There is a display issue in ie11, most likely related to flexbox somehow. Keeping this open.
