Feature Request: Implement Notification System #62

We propose adding a notification system to GitFinder to enhance user engagement. This feature will allow users to receive notifications for key actions, such as new followers, comments on their posts, and likes on their contributions. The system will include a backend model for notifications, an API for creating and retrieving them, and a React component for displaying notifications. This improvement will help users stay informed and foster a vibrant community within the application.
