scroll to top at bottom right corner helps users to move to top of page easily

@BamaCharanChhandogi please assign me this issue i want to work on it, also please add level 3, gssoc-extd, hacktoberfest labels

No i meant in terms of the color or emoji or how are u planning to implement the same button with arrow facing upward?
