Addon not showing in game #7

Hello i downloaded it and put it in the correct wow folder but the addon is not showing for me in game is there a specific steps of installation or do i need some other addon to make this work. thanks you.

This issue is happening on the 10.2.0 PTR but on current patch is fine at the moment. And I have not found why either yet.
