Guitar Hero 5 Freezes at song selection with EmuNAND & DLC #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run GH5 with Full or Partial Emulated NAND
2. Download DLC (works fine)
3. In any of the song selection menus, scroll through songs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of consistently playing song previews, the system sometimes freezes 
instead. All animation stops and the Wii remote gets stuck on. Must power down 
by holding the power button on the Wii.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Happens with D2X V7 final, V8R41 and V8R42

Please provide any additional information below.
EmuNAND is on USB hard drive with significant amount of DLC.
Behavior is the same under CFG and WiiFlow.

Is you emu nand on sd card?
If so try using usb emu nand.

Can I ask if you have many downloaded tracks ?
I found that even with just 1 or 2 downloaded tracks the load time on the game 
increased significantly.
If you do have downloaded tracks try deleting them from your SD card, or using 
a fresh SD card and see if it loads up fast again.

Very many downloaded tracks. Load time hasn't been an issue for me. Nothing is 
going slow. It just randomly freezes at song selection when I have all that DLC 
downloaded to the EMUNand.

I am having the same problem. I have tried GH 5 and Band Hero and all the 
versions of d2x I can grab and all of them have problems with this. I did get 
the games to load well with V7 however they freeze during song selection. If 
you select a song before it freezes then the song loads but have glitched audio 
towards the end. If you try GH 6 then it will not freeze during song selection 
however if the previews stop playing the next song you choose will freeze. If 
you ever found a way to fix this let me know, I have been trying with USB 
loader GX, U loader, Wiiflow and Sneek+DI
