3 months ago Agreed. This would also help with the fact that some quotes are dubious.
Adding a field for the source of the quote would be very helpful:
- it would redirect people to further reading
- it would clarify the source (Theravada, Mahayana sutras etc)
- it would help identity quotes that sound dharma-ish from other sources
Either this. Or add option to incorporate custom quotes sources, and allow committing reviewed sources of quotes to your repo, with quotes from different teachers, schools
