I would be pleased to re-write the website panel for you (and with your help...). Have you already done any progress on the re-write for it?

What were you thinking of writing it in? PHP?

Jeah, but using a framework like Laravel or CakePHP. Then I would use something like this http://startbootstrap.com/sb-admin-v2 for the backend and Bootstrap, jQuery and that stuff for the frontend.
