ability to customize logs and moon entries? (suggestion) #72

so we can justify balance choices made using LQ through lore entries (would be nice) especially if i want to implement a bug as a feature this would allow me to put it somewhere in the game (like a planet that you have to pay to get to but you can't be in orbit so you have to pay again for every run) or a late game moon that you rebalanced when it was meant to be a mid game moon (so also the ability to customize risk tiers and stuff)

The logs and moon entries is quite out of the way for this mod, since those are more or less cosmetic changes that don't affect the base game. I can try to add an option to modify some lore/additional settings, but it would not be a high priority task.

at the very least if we can change risk tiers to whatever we like that'd be amazing
