Use MAC address bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Long press in any network
2.Choose "Use MAC address..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the manual entry section in the MAC address field, the numbers and the ":" 
are used and the address is something like this:
00 :1 B: 2F :A 3:
But it should be:
00 1B 2F A3 63 D6

What android version are you using? Use the latest version available before
entering this bug report.

-Android 4.4.2
