These would be in-game collectible blueprints that are significantly better than most basic versions. Eg. Azidoazide azide (Highly flammable) Chlorine trifluoride (Highly toxic)

Doesn't seem to align with the current blueprint selection mechanics. We will reconsider adding this feature after beta
