Mousepad controls #34

The current controls are unfavorable for laptop users with no mouse because it is cumbersome to aim while shooting at the same time.

My proposed solution is to allow players to change their current aim position with the left and right arrow keys. The direction can be displayed using a pointer that circles the player.

Not currently a priority. It plays fine on touchpad as of now. Not optimal but something we can aim to fix for full release not beta
