5 years ago Current state: If you fire at a capturable tile, it will change the sprite and award points. We still need to:
- save ownership status
- make it so that people can't attack their own captured tiles
- display hp

New Mechanic Proposal
Vents begin in a 'neutral' state. In a neutral state, everyone from any team can collect atoms that spawn from the vent.
However, vents can be captured by a team by attacking it. After its HP goes to 0, the vent will be under the control of the team that last hit it. All new atoms that spawn can only be collected by the team that controls the vent (can be signified by changing the color of the atoms/vents to match the controlling team).
Vents can be captured in the same manner.
Claiming a stronghold will provide a set number of points to the capturing team.
