Limited Mouse Cursor Range Of Motion #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Mission Editor Screen 
2. Attempt Clicking on Accept or Cancel.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Accept or Cancel. Unable to click on Accept or Cancel. Double clicking often 
permits normal selection but often minimizes the game to the desktop and 
prohibits contuation of the simulation. Game exit and restart is required.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5.0.3 and Version 5.0.5, OS Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Setting Compatability for the .exe to Win XP sp3 and Disabling Visual Themes is 
a corrective work around when using version 5.0.3 but this doesn't work with 
the 5.0.5 build.

Actually this problem is not limited to the games mission editor screen... it 
persists on other screens too.
