On mobile using Android + Chrome this image is presented (example, not a personal screenshot):

This seems to be a bug in Firebase itself, so just logging this issue for now. See related thread here: https://github.com/firebase/firebase-js-sdk/issues/4256

It DOES function with Android + Firefox.
