Possibility of including built executable? #13

Tried my hardest to follow the windows build instructions but couldn't seem to get CMake to work as expected.

Would it be possible to throw up a release and include a windows dev build for testing? I'm super curious to try out what you have and help test builds but can't seem to get the build quite right.
