Anchor Grid glitched #6

This glitch occurred sometime last weekend. For whatever reason, the x-axis REFUSES to show up now. I have tried the following:

1) Re-installing the mod 2) Removing all other mods except Elvui-related ones 3) Deleted Saved Variables Folder 4) Re-installing the game twice 5) Pulling the Elvui addon from my laptop (which works fine) and installing that file.

I have attached a picture of the issue, any help would be very grateful.
