Include SwingPlaySpeed for melee attack speed #46

The MeleeWeapons table has two stats relevant to melee attack speed: SwingTime and SwingPlaySpeed. The "Attack Speed" stat shown on the item card is SwingTime divided by SwingPlaySpeed. Currently BBA only exports SwingTime.
