Prevent stations from spawning at all

Hello, thank you for this great mod! :D Would there be a way to start a game with all the StationSpawnFlags set? So it wouldn't spawn any cars and one would have to add them manually, maybe a debug command to SetStationSpawnFlags

I closed this because I don't find it too relevant for normal gameplay.
