To help with collaboration and in the spirit of transparency, we want to open source the DAO website.

In order to do so we need to do the following (to be decomposed into more issues):

Document contribution guidelines/process
Outline allowed use of Bankless brand by contributors (check with Bankless LLC)
Appropriate license (CC? Apache? ... Maybe Bankless LLC has input)
