Pin django-auth-ldap version #26

workaround for https://github.com/Banno/getsentry-ldap-auth/issues/25

I have not been able to reproduce #25, so I'm not convinced that this is necessary.

I had problems with 1.3, but not with 1.2.16, so it is now pinned to 1.2.*
