Webhook error #12

It gives an error when I enter threads id here.

Example: file: configs/DMN_Discord.cfg "MapNotification" "https://discord.com/api/webhooks/1134603160837701652/-BssQwOH4_pgIlX1RGnEmbGa_75BpJCrrR00qNhf7_35rWWUjVqrIlCQTI?thread_id=113460331105371"

Error: [discord_MapNotification.smx] [Discord.OnWebHookExecuted] An error has occured while sending the webhook. Status Code: 0

I removed some chars from your webhook url and not sure pretty sure how discord forums will supported with this plugin. URL length is limited to 255 chars, so that looks okay..

I guess it is due to the discord or webhook api you are using. It can send normal messages, but could not send it because it was embed.
