Default precision value changeable in the menu

I feel like we need to incorporate this into the menu somehow. Here is an example, you have circle zone default at 150. You place the circle zone and then it actually needs to be 300 but you have fuckZones_precision_offset "1.0". This is going to take you a whole lot of button pressing to get your desired size.

It would be easier to change it to 100 quick in the menu then press once, then change to 50 and press once.

Surftimer has this and i really cant imagine zoning without it.
